  • One-on-One Customer Interaction, as needed. We do this kind of impromptu training/consultation with customers daily, answering their questions, offering advice. You can be sure the information you get from us is accurate, too: our staff is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced of any plumbing wholesaler in central Indiana.
  • Counter Days. This is our most visible educational format. A manufacturer or vendor representative will come to our facility and talk to a group of contractors about a specific plumbing product or product line. The intent may be to introduce a new product or refamiliarize contractors with a product that's been around awhile and possibly improved. We generally schedule a Counter Day once a quarter, sometimes once a month.
  • Promotional Cookouts. Though conducted infrequently, these are very popular formats for conveying product information.
